Orders, Prices and Payment
Placing an order counts as an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We may cancel an order if a product is no longer available, if there is a mistake in the price or product information, if technical issues arise or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If this happens, any amount you have already paid will be fully refunded. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. All prices include applicable VAT, which is displayed at checkout. Orders are only shipped once full payment has been received.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Germany. Shipping is free of charge, and delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer due to circumstances outside our control, such as delays at the shipping carrier or public holidays. Returns and Refunds
