Cancellations
At Noporixal, we know that plans can change. This policy explains how to cancel or change your order, what happens once your order has been shipped and when we may need to cancel an order ourselves. It does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal, which is explained in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Cancelling Before Dispatch
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@noporixal.com or call us at +49 157 83629041. Please include your order number, your full name and the email address you used for your order, and let us know whether you want to cancel the whole order or only certain products. As long as your order has not yet been handed over to our shipping carrier, we will cancel it, confirm the cancellation by email and refund the full amount to your original payment method without undue delay and no later than fourteen days.
Orders Already Dispatched
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can still use your statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen days of receiving your products and send them back as described in our Refund and Returns Policy. If you decide you no longer want a product, please keep it unused and in its original packaging. Sealed products such as supplements or protein powders can only be returned if the seal is still intact.
Changing Your Order
If you would like a different product, size or flavour, want to add something to your order or need to correct your delivery address, please contact us as quickly as possible. We are happy to update your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. If a change is no longer possible, you can cancel or withdraw from your order and simply place a new one.
Cancellations by Noporixal
In some cases, we may have to cancel an order ourselves, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious mistake in the price or product information, if your payment could not be completed, if an order appears to be fraudulent or unauthorised, or if we are unable to deliver to your address. If this happens, we will inform you by email and refund any amount you have already paid in full to your original payment method as quickly as possible.
Partial Cancellations
If only part of your order is cancelled, we will refund the amount for the cancelled products. Since shipping with us is always free, no additional shipping costs will be charged for the remaining products.
