All orders are shipped directly from Germany. We currently deliver to the countries shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us at info@noporixal.com and we will check whether delivery is possible.
Free Shipping
Shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden costs, and the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
Order Processing
We start processing your order as soon as your payment has been received in full. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day. During busy periods, such as sales or the weeks before Christmas, processing may take a little longer. If there is a noticeable delay, we will let you know. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking number where available.
Delivery Times
Your order usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days. Please keep in mind that this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Occasionally, delays can happen because of the shipping carrier, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Packaging
Every order is packed carefully to protect your products during transport. Supplements and other sealed products are packed so their packaging and seals stay intact, and fitness equipment is secured to prevent damage on the way to you.
Tracking Your Order
You can follow your parcel on the shipping carrier's website using the tracking number in your confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Delivery Address and Missed Deliveries
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, as we can only change the address before your order has been dispatched. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery, and additional shipping costs may apply in that case. If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, drop it off at a parcel shop or leave a note with further instructions.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please check your order carefully when it arrives. If your parcel is damaged, a product is missing, a seal is broken on arrival or you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@noporixal.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and, if possible, a few photos. We will take care of it quickly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Lost Parcels
If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, or your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please let us know. We will look into it with the shipping carrier, and if the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will send you a replacement or a refund.
Transfer of Risk
If you are a consumer, the risk of loss or damage only passes to you once the goods have been delivered to you or to a person you have authorised to receive them.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. All prices shown in our shop include the statutory VAT.
